Two Hurt In Car Crash RANKORT Two persons were injured in an automobile wreck at 5:20 am Saturday and were admitted to Clinton county hospital Miss Carolyn Vernon 18 of 403 North Central suffered a probable fracture of a leg and Robert Rosner 19 of 1050 South ifth suffered head bruises Rosner was driving the car a 1950 model owned by Miss Re becca Boiler 816 Sixteenth street Logansport Miss Boiler and Clyde Bryan 18 of 552 Sullivan rankfort escaped injury The accident was 14 miles east DEATHS MRS STELLA WOOD WILLIAMSPORT Mrs Stella Elizabeth Wood 71 life resident of the Williamsport vicinity died riday evening in Riverview hos pital at Noblesville after an ill ness of a year She had been in the hospital for a week Mrs Wood had lived since July with a daughter Mrs Esther Howe in Noblesville Born at Danville Ill Mrs Wood was a member of the Church of Truth at Williamsport Surviving with Mrs Howe are another daughter Mrs Mary Jackowicz Gary and three sons Wilber Wood Watertown Donald Wood Hobart and Alfred Wood Chicago of rankfort on Ind 28 and was by Sheriff Ralph Stinson The sheriff said that Rosner apparently fell asleep and the car ran off the road for 150 feet before careening across the highway and turning over The car was wrecked Remington Man ound Hanged In Haymow REMINGTON Joseph Schnei der 69 of Remington 2 was found hanged in the haymow of his barn Saturday
