and later moved to Neva da and Idaho before moving to Lafayette in 1994 Mrs Wood had worked for Pur due University and Duncan Elec tric in Lafayette She worked with the Catholic Youth Organization at St Lawrence Catholic Church She was a member of the USO during World War II and was an accom plished ballroom dancer Surviving with her husband are four sons Bruce Wood (wife: Pam) of New York City
